Ability specialises in the design and delivery of a range of AWARD WINNING leadership & management programmes for First Line, Middle and Senior Managers; Health & Social Care NVQ2, NVQ3, NVQ4 and Leadership & Management in Care Service NVQ4; teacher training and a full range of soft skills workshops accredited by the UK's leading awarding bodies.

Management Development Programme levels

We work with employers to identify training needs and design programmes to satisfy these needs. Quality assurance is agreed and a team assembled consisting of Ability Staff, nominated participants and client sponsors. Pre-programme assessment of participants can be set up and agreed which allows for action learning plans.

This service is available for all programmes offered. Accredited one-day workshops are also available that resolve specific issues and can gain credits towards a full Diploma qualification ie Award or Certificate.

Training is delivered in a professional adult study environment. Each year several hundred candidates attend programmes at Ability's venues in London and Kent and at employer's premises across the south east of England.

Programmes are flexible and can be set up at any time customised to the needs of an organisation.

Management Development Programmes

The courses are highly recommended to develop excellent managers. The Chartered Management Award, Certificate or Diploma in Management qualifications are internationally recognised, Ability is the largest provider of management programmes in London and Kent and is Learning and Skills Council approved.
