This course has been designed specifically to support Managers as they improve the design of processes they are responsible for and subsequently add value to their organisation's operations.

This course provides a good introduction to the design of processes in operations management.
It is very much a 'hands-on' course and participants will relate theory to actual processes within their own workplace.
