Project Management
Many managers are involved in running projects. Some of them are large, some small. But whatever the size they all have the potential to go wrong. And failure can come at a high price, a new product late to market, an office move that is a shambles, a construction project which runs way over cost. If the failure is large enough it can put the whole existence of the organization at risk.
But whether the project is large or small there are approaches and techniques that can help ensure a successful conclusion.
Aim
