Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 Seminar

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into force at the end of 2006 and has changed the way you need to manage the fire safety in any non-domestic premises. It places substantial legal responsibilities on the person controlling such premises.

Our Fire Safety and Risk Assessment for Managers seminar will help you understand your responsibilities and how to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

As a person responsible for non-domestic premises are you aware that you are required to:

  • Provide a fire risk assessment
  • Provide fire precautions
  • Have emergency plans including fire prevention
  • Have fire procedural and management practices
  • Train, liaise, co-operate and co-ordinate with all affected parties
  • Maintain all these issues

The one day seminar is delivered by  a team of instructors including ex-firefighters with many years experience of promoting fire safety.

Objectives

By the end of the course participants will be able to:
  • understand their responsibilities regarding the Fire Safety law
  • understand the nature of fire
  • understand how fires arise
  • understand the risks of fire
  • carry out a basic fire risk assessment in the workplace

Fee

 

  • Open seminars from £180 + VAT per person
  • At client’s venue from £1150 + VAT per day (up to 15 delegates per group)
