Fire Marshal Seminar - Overview
The seminar covers both emergency and non-emergency issues of this vital role and equips delegates with an appropriate level of understanding to perform the role safely in their workplace.

Who is this seminar for?

  1. Employees nominated as fire marshals or fire wardens in their workplace.  
  2. People who have responsibility for implementing fire evacuation procedures.
  3. Persons who have a direct responsibility for developing or improving existing evacuation procedures to maintain effectiveness in a changing work environment.

Objectives

 By the end of the seminar delegates will have:

  1. A greater awareness of the dangers of fire and smoke.
  2. The ability to identify individual classes of fire and select an appropriate extinguisher to tackle it, if it is safe to do so.
  3. The ability to recognise potential fire hazards and the appropriate actions to rectify them.
  4. An understanding of the importance of regular fire drills and recognition of fire service best practice.
  5. An understanding of the various methods of evacuation and accounting and determine the best method for their workplace.

Fees

  • Open seminars from £90 + VAT per person
  • At client’s venue from £495 + VAT per day (up to 15 delegates per group)
