Introduction
Communication is the lifeline of effective business practice. And written communication, whether in the form of letters or memos, form one of the key strands of the lifeline.
Sometimes people who find it easy to speak fluently and to the point have real difficulty in putting their thoughts down on paper in a way that achieves their intended purpose. They write and re-write, draft and re-draft. But there are simple approaches which help ensure that letters and memos are quick and easy to write while at the same time they get their message across.
