Team Leader Award

Introduction
This programme can be tailored to meet the needs of organisations and individuals, by offering a choice of modules relevant to the role of the team leader, and building on the five mandatory modules. It has been designed to link with an S/NVQ in Team Leading at Level 2, by providing for the knowledge requirements. Suitably designed assessment may also generate support evidence of competence.

  • Identifying & Reducing Risks to Health & Safety
  • Maintaining Information Systems
  • Using Information for Action
  • Organise the Team's Resource

Attendance/Study Requirements
The course is designed around 60 hours of study.

Assessment
One assignment covering the key areas of management
2-hour examination covering each of the selected units
A final interview with a NEBS Management verifier
