National Training Awards Winner 2009

Ability Professional Training (APT) is pleased to announce it received a prestigious award during the National Training Awards ceremony at the Copthorne Hotel, Gatwick Tuesday 6 October for the innovative and quality training of 70 managers from a local authority that resulted in thousands of pounds in efficiency savings and increased staff morale.
APT in partnership with the authority received the accolade of excellence in Partnership and Collaborative training at the prestigious National Training Awards in recognition for innovation and quality. This award was gained while working in partnership with the authority in developing its senior, middle and junior management team and gives further credibility to recent Chartered Management Institute (CMI) research findings that leaders are made rather than born.
The authority nominated APT for designing and delivering training programmes that resulted in tangible benefits and savings across all sectors of the authority's service which was independently audited to verify results.
This is an excellent example of how training can help organisations deliver business innovation and improvement if the focus is on theory and its practical application within a real business environment. We are constantly looking for ways of working with our business partners in which our training courses can produce real benefits and help deliver business improvements.
APT runs open and in-house workshops throughout London, Kent and South East England and delivers a wide range of management qualifications accredited through the CMI and City & Guilds customised to organisation's requirements.
I would welcome a meeting with you to discuss how we can work together to satisfy training needs you may have.
