Introduction
A series of fast paced and thought provoking sessions, filled with exercises. The three workshops are designed to develop a wide range of management skills linked to within a consistent framework. for new or soon-to-be managers who want a wide introduction to skills and capabilities to improve their performance. It is also a great refresher for experienced managers who want a reminder of the basics and some new ideas. Personnel Management This is an introduction into employing and motivating staff within the workplace. The session will include interactive input to develop personal skills and knowledge of dealing with groups and individual staff members.
Operations Management This course is ideal for the manager who has to get things done. Learn how to design or improve existing operational processes they are responsible for and subsequently improve their team and organisation's performance. Financial Management Duration This course lasts for three days one day a fortnight or delivered in-house.
