Introduction: We live in a culturally diverse society and come into contact with people from all sorts of different backgrounds, both in our local communities and in the workplace.
This workshop will help you to recognise how essential it is to ensure you appreciate all those you are in contact with, your work colleagues and customers, and work with them positively. It will be a highly practical session covering the meaning of equality and diversity, the importance of equality and diversity, an overview of the relevant legislation and will provide an opportunity for you to review your behaviour and that of your colleagues to ensure that you all work effectively together.
