Management NVQ3 and 4 - Training for Managers

National Vocational Qualification
A management NVQ acknowledges a person's existing level of skill, knowledge and experience where the opportunity of gaining other qualifications are not available or desired. Candidates must be able to obtain evidence from their workplace to match the NVQ performance criteria.

Level 3.
This is ideally suited to individuals who have experience in a supervisory role and wish to attain an NVQ as a stand-alone qualification

Minimum Requirements:
21 years of age, (18-20 years of age accepted with a letter of recommendation from their employer).

Target Group:
Staff new to management or first line managers with no formal qualifications.

Level 4.
This is suited to individuals who have experience in management eg, recruitment discipline, and wish to attain an NVQ as a stand-alone qualification.

Minimum Requirements :
21 years of age, Level 3 CM or equivalent

Target Group :
First line managers with either formal qualifications or relevant experience recruitment, discipline, budgets etc..

Assessment for all NVQs :

Must be in a management position to gather work based evidence and create a personal portfolio.
