Management NVQ2 (Team Leader)
This programme can be tailored to meet the needs of organisations and individuals, by offering a choice of modules relevant to the role of the team leader, and building on the five mandatory modules. It has been designed to link with an S/NVQ in Team Leading at Level 2, by providing for the knowledge requirements. Suitably designed assessment may also generate support evidence of competence.
It can be delivered in a variety of ways, including text-based distance learning

Attendance/Study Requirements
The course is designed around 60 hours of directed study including open and distance learning.
Assessment
Candidates will complete a short portfolio, be coached at their place of work in the application of knowledge gained and then assessed in their role as team leader.
Start dates and venues
Open programmes start January 2010 at venues in Sidcup and Maidstone.
Programmes at employer's venues can start at any time.
Fee
The programme fee is £1050 + VAT.
