Diploma in Team Leading
This programme can be tailored to meet the needs of organisations and individuals, by offering a choice of modules relevant to the role of the team leader. It has been designed to provide additional knowledge and understanding while also linking with an NVQ in Team Leading at Level 2. The application of knowledge gained is embedded during coaching at the candidate's place of work. Suitably designed assessment may also generate support evidence of competence.
Programmes can be delivered at employer's venues for groups of 8 - 15 candidates.

Attendance/Study Requirements
The course is designed around 60 hours of directed teaching and private study including open and distance learning.
Assessment
Candidates will complete a short portfolio, be coached at their place of work in the application of knowledge gained and then assessed in their role as team leader.
Start dates and venues
Open programmes start September 2009 at venues in Sidcup and Maidstone.
Programmes at employer's venues can start at any time.
Fee
The programme fee is £1400 + VAT.
