Management Development Programmes

Ability Professional Training (Ability) specialises in the training of employees in a selected range of management, care and assessor/verifier courses. Each year several hundred candidates attend programmes at Ability's venues in London and Kent and at employer's premises across the south east of England.

Training is delivered in a professional adult study environment. Programmes are flexible and can be set up at any time customised to the needs of an organisation.
