To assist managers with no accounting background to improve their control over costs and expenditure.

  • Prepare a budget from diverse information
  • Identify cost reduction oppourtunities
  • Select appropriate sources of finance

  • Preparing a detailed budget.
  • Capital development bids
  • Expenditure reductions.
  • Capital and leasing programmes
  • Contingency provision
  • Effect of capital on revenue

Style:
This intensive course is a mix of input from an experienced trainer and practical activities involving financial calculations

Duration:
The course lasts for one day.

Note:
This course is not suitable for qualified accountants.
